Read Me First!

This should be the first post, I suppose, with just a bit of explanation. All the stories are generated by AI chatbots and edited and read by me. To hear the story, click on the hyperlink in the title once you've opened the blog post. Yes, each story has the goal, subconscious or not, to teach people something useful in an entertaining manner. If you have any ideas for a prompt or even a full AI story, feel free to send it to me, and there's a good chance I'll read it and put it here. The first story about the fluffy hammer is not the best. LOL. It's a lot longer than I expected, and it's kinda boring. But if you really want to learn about scholasticism, you can't go wrong. Most stories are going to be shorter and more fun, like the second story about Maria and the Spanish Inquisition.

Silent Witnesses

Silent Witnesses by ChatGPT   As the sun began to set, a lone phone booth stood at the edge of a deserted road. Its metal frame was rusted, and the glass panes were cracked, giving it a sinister appearance. The wind howled, and the leaves rustled ominously in the trees nearby. She felt a sense of panic rising in her chest, but as she approached the phone booth, she saw a glimmer of hope. Inside the phone booth, she found a pair of ballpoint pens lying on the floor. Just as she was about to give up hope, she heard a strange noise behind her. She turned around, and to her horror, she saw a group of men wearing black robes and hoods, approaching her with torches in their hands. Maria was frozen with fear, unable to move or speak. The men surrou...

The Fluffy Hammer and the Scholastic Quest

Image
The Fluffy Hammer and the Scholastic Quest by Microsoft Bing Once upon a time, there was a young monk named Abel who lived in a monastery in France. He loved to study philosophy and theology, and he had a special interest in the works of Aristotle. He wanted to learn more about the nature of reality and how to reconcile reason and faith. One day, he found an old book in the library that claimed to contain the secrets of scholasticism, a method of learning that used dialectical reasoning and conceptual analysis to extend knowledge by inference and resolve contradictions. Abel was fascinated by the book and decided to read it carefully. However, as he opened the book, he was surprised to see that it was not written in Latin or Greek, but in a strange language that he could not understand. He also noticed that the book had a peculiar cover: it was made of soft wool and had a handle like a hammer. Abel wondered what this meant and why someone would make such a strange book. He decide...
